Your tool entries
Planning entries are not submitted to a server, saved in browser storage or sent to an email service. They disappear when you reload or leave the page. Printing creates a copy on your own device or printer; keep that copy appropriately private.
Information you should not enter
Do not enter names, contact details, confidential pastoral concerns or other sensitive information. Keep those in your church’s approved private systems. The care tool asks about a rhythm and roles, not individual cases.
Technical access
The hosting server may record ordinary access information such as IP address, requested page and browser information in its logs. Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics; advertising features remain disabled.
Scope
The optional analytics controls at the bottom of each page let you allow or decline measurement. Your choice is stored in this browser. Analytics cookies measure repeat visits; form answers, search terms, pastoral notes and application details are excluded. You can change your choice at any time.
